Allen Thornburgh is a creative innovator who loves developing new audiences and new experiences for bold organizations determined to dramatically grow for maximum impact. To this end, Allen has an eclectic background of insights-driven Human Centered Design work, in-depth marketing analytics, nonprofit strategic leadership, expert co-creation facilitation and segment-driven direct-response marketing. As Sublimity's Principal and Executive Producer, Allen believes that we are in the early days of a revolution in nonprofit growth strategies. This revolution is focusing on new audiences and experiences as intensely as our sector has long focused on platforms and channels.

Katie Hawkins has more than 20 years of experience working for and with nonprofits, and she is passionate about helping them build scalable funding engines (usually in the form of sustainer giving programs).   The bulk of Katie’s career was spent at World Vision, where she held a variety of positions, including leading new product development initiatives for sponsorship and non-sponsorship monthly giving programs, strategic planning and church marketing.  Katie works in partnership with Sublimity clients to ensure they are building sustainer programs that not only capture the essence of their ministry, but simultaneously offer the donor a unique and delightful experience.

Above all else: Paige Walthall loves humans. Donors, volunteers, regular folk who care about causes and are generous with what they have. Paige brings curiosity and empathy to every human-centered design project she’s a part of through in depth interviews and intuitive design work. Paige has been instrumental in sustainer program audience insights and concept development since 2019, working with top-notch organizations such as Young Life, Joni and Friends,  Prison Fellowship, Opportunity International, HSLDA, Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch, Crown Financial Ministries, Global Outreach International and Mission Aviation Fellowship.

Yvonne Carlson’s passion is to deeply understand an organization’s challenges and opportunities to design creative technology solutions and business growth models. Being a liaison between the business and technology teams is where she thrives. Whether it's building an entirely new product or turning an existing project around, she enjoys rolling up her sleeves alongside you.
